Some useful definitions:
Content Management System (CMS) - An easy to use tool that allows online editing of a website's content.

Meta Tags - Descriptive html tags used to describe website pages and a website to search engines. Several standard tags are: Description, Keywords, Last Modified, Content Type, and Robots.
Organic Search Results - Unpaid search results that are triggered by using key words and phrases keyed into a search engine by a user. Increasing a websites position organically involves improving site content and development of quality in-bound links to your quality content. Many factors are used to determine your resulting position and these factors depend on the search engines algorithm.
Pay Per Click - Paid Internet advertising that is measured by the number of times an advertisement is clicked on.
PHP – The programming language to be used for all the custom features, database manipulating sections, and other areas where applicable.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Typically refers to how well a website is organically optimised for search engine results related to specific key words and phrases.
